  • Tia Mann, MSW, LSW (she/her)

Hello! I know how difficult it can be to ask for help, and I admire the strength it takes to leap!

My name is Tia, and I’m a Licensed Social Worker. I have been in the mental health field since high school and decided to use my education and experience to help others.

I have a Master’s Degree in Social Work and have been Licensed for over 15 years. I have primarily worked with children and families. Still, I have experience with many other difficulties with individuals seeking treatment, including depression, anxiety, anger management, trauma, LGBTQ+ & identity formation, and other interpersonal obstacles to overall health.

As a therapist, I offer a non-judgmental and fully accepting approach to working on your goals. We’ll work together to identify and prioritize how to make improvements in your overall wellness and functioning. Therapy is a step in the right direction, and I’m willing to walk with you and provide support when it’s most needed.

I have been trained in multiple therapeutic approaches and would never attempt to fit someone into a ‘box’ or set treatment modality. I utilize therapeutic skills based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy strategies, Mindfulness, Interpersonal Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and other approaches.

By finding the right fit, we will work to decrease your discomfort and work towards increased wellness and well-being.
