Laura Santiago, Executive Assistant

Hi, my name is Laura. I am an Executive Assistant at Move Forward Counseling, LLC, and I love it!  My area of focus is providing administrative support and HR assistance to our staff.  I have a Child Psychology Certificate and am currently working on obtaining my Human Resources Management Certification.  

I have a strong background in hiring and recruiting and the administrative and credentialing tasks that come along with it.  I’m detail-oriented, organized, and like connecting with people to help them achieve their goals.  I’m always looking for ways to innovate and help improve processes to serve our clients better. 

When I am not working, I enjoy fishing and spending time with my family.  I am a proud wife and mother and enjoy being outside as much as possible.  I look forward to seeing how we can help assist you on your journey!
