Therapy gives us the opportunity to develop our relationship with ourselves. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences at Western Michigan University and my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Delaware Valley University. I have received additional certifications as a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor and as a Certified Clinical Trauma Practitioner. I look to both past and present, focusing on attachment styles and how they impact our relationships. I work to promote growth through holistic treatments, incorporating sleep, nutrition, and movement.
I have had extensive experience and training working with adults in the substance abuse population, and co-occurring disorders, specifically mood, personality, and psychotic disorders. I also have extensive experience in relational issues.
