Jenny Clay, LPC

Hi! I’m Jenny, and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor.

I welcome you to a space that is safe, warm, and inviting for you to share your concerns, thoughts, and insights. I enjoy working with adolescents and young adults struggling with transition phases, relationship strains, and self esteem. We will work together to identify treatment goals and solutions that are most effective for you. Change is not always easy, and it often pushes us outside our comfort zone, however we will explore systems that can support you, resources you can reach out to, and coping skills you can utilize.

Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy we can replace negative thoughts and behaviors with more rational ones. I utilize a variety of approaches, but most importantly we focus on your strengths and how you can reach your highest potential and achieve better balance in your life.

I hold a B.A. from Cedar Crest College in Psychology with a minor in Health and Wellness. I graduated from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania with an M.A. in Counseling and a concentration in Couples, Marriage, and Family Therapy. I have experience with those facing addiction and who are involved in the criminal justice system.
