Full and Part Time Outpatient Therapist Positions

Move Forward Counseling, LLC is looking for experienced, licensed clinicians who have a specialty that fits within our niche of services for women. We offer W2 employment. Currently, we are accepting applications for:

A LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist who has a current PA License with at least 2 years of outpatient mental health experience.

Due to client demand we currently have several full time positions available. Full time employees are required to complete 25 billable sessions per week and the compensation package includes health insurance benefits, paid time off, paid holidays and money towards continuing education. Competitive, above average pay for the Lancaster area is being offered. Bonuses are given for sessions above the required number and the bonus is paid out in the same pay period the sessions are performed.

We are also accepting applications for part time employment. A minimum of 12 billable hours per week is required.

We offer our therapists beautiful office space, a steady flow of client referrals, administrative support, monthly clinical supervision, use of an electronic health record, and opportunities for social outings with colleagues. We also offer free snacks and drinks while you are working and have a relaxed dress code.

We are also offering 100% remote positions (providing telehealth sessions from home) which will be permanent even after the pandemic is over. Therapists can be located anywhere as long as they hold a PA license.

Due to the pandemic all of our therapists are currently working remotely and there is no possibility of working out of the office until it is deemed safe to do so by medical professionals.

Chief Operating Officer

We are currently seeking a Chief Operating Officer to perform various tasks related to the daily operations of the practice. Duties include: hiring and managing staff, developing and overseeing business systems/processes, managing referral relationships, overseeing the budget, marketing, helping with expansion and developing new services and ensuring the overall growth and stability of the business. This individual will also be responsible for carrying a small caseload of clients, approximately 15 billable hours per week.

This is a full time, salaried position with a benefit package which includes paid time off, paid holidays, medical/dental/vision insurance, stipend towards continuing education credits, and beginning in 2021 a retirement benefit.

This position reports directly to the CEO. A masters or PsyD/PhD degree in counseling, social work or related field with an active PA license is required. This position will be responsible for overseeing the clinical work of the staff and providing clinical supervision. A candidate with human resources experience and a management background is preferred.
